Healthy-Homes and home construction over the last several decades. The
average home being constructed today is 3.5 - 5 times more toxic that down
town Chicago ( DOE ), and that's if you don't live in Chicago. Additionally,
most homes being built still waste enormous amounts energy - needlessly.
As a Realtor, I can make your house hunting and land purchases more
satisfying toward your goals of health and well-being.
I have been involved in Real Estate and Innovative Construction for over 40
years. From Real Estate Broker, General Contractor, Land developer,
Researcher and Home Designer, to Health and Vitality.
I've designed, built, bought, and sold many homes, and I've even lived in
a few. A home can be both the best and worst place to live - the best for
your investment and the worst for your health or vice versa. The one thing I have
definitely learned, over the years, is that commercialism in our Snivelization has made good products and services
totally unnecessary. Say-it often enough, and we will believe anything, buy
everything, and suffer the consequences. I long for the days when products
and services sell-themselves.

I broke bread with natives in the jungles of South America, the Mafia heads
on the water front, with Priest, Politicians, Drug dealers, CIA operatives,
and most of the races around this planet - even some races not of this
planet, and you know what - I’ve never met a person I didn’t like. And I’ve
never met a person who does not want to change this fear-based
self-righteous Snivelization we find ourselves locked into. The truth is -
we all want to contribute to each other as an expression of “who we really
are” – an expression of unconditional Love and a world that works. We are
engaged in a game of life, where we are pitted against ourselves and each
other, and this crazy game we came here to play is about over, and frankly
I'm getting to old to play this "Rat Race Game" any longer. Over 17,000 children
will die today and every day, because of preventable causes, and lack of
food and clean water. They don't have enough food to eat,
and we spend many billions every year on "Cokes to drink" and billions more
to repair the damage it does to our teeth. I don't know what it takes to
change this, but I am committed to a World that works for everyone and
everything - no matter what - AND "I welcome you to the Synergy
Paradigm"
My commitment is to a World that works for everyone with No-one and No-thing
left out. My intention is to support the ONE-WE-All-ARE by supporting
Who-WE-Really-Are as demonstrated by our intensions, our actions, and our
deeds.
My main interest
is designing and building Healthy-homes and coaching people who want to
understand how the Healthy home environment can effect family health. I'm an inventor with several
patents and patents pending. I'm an Adventurer seeking the mysteries of the
Universe and a confident Treasure Hunter on a hot trail leading to a huge

communications systems are getting so effective, that we will soon be able
to conduct a board meeting without the need of anyone leaving their
home. Research has shown that high speed visual communications can be a very
effective substitute for business meetings or even going to the work place.

status symbol and some of the best buy's in real estate today may be remote vacation
homes not connected to the grid and all the hoopla. Energy companies are dragging their feet, when it
comes to tapping the largest potential sources of energy - the places that
use it. Why not sell energy to the energy suppliers from your home or

subsidies for alternative energy research is petty compared to that shelled
out to the oil industries, but can be helpful when building a healthy home. The real
costs, of our oil economy, are in the form of diseases, pollution, wars, and stunted child
development. Are we seeing a battle our children might win. |

International Center for Technology Assessment estimates the total of all cost of
subsidizes to the oil industries is over $15.00/gallon of gasoline. The
annual cost is approx. $1.69 trillion. If we spent that much
money on alternatives, we wouldn't need any energy from oil, and our energy
would be FREE. |
